- Stipends with finance for processing = All travellers with visas (if relevant) and complete bank information
- Stipends not yet processed = All travellers awaiting visas (those ineligible for e-Visas) or incomplete banking information

TRANSPORT
Uber:
Uber is available in Türkiye. When using the App, you will mostly get the regular yellow taxis. The only advantage is the payment via the App.
- Transport to/from Istanbul International Airport (IST):
Taxis:
Yellow taxis are available at the Istanbul International Airport and are easy to locate once you exit the terminal.
Important for payment : The taxis mainly accept cash , so please confirm the credit card availability before taking the taxi. It costs around EUR 35-40 (euros) from the Istanbul Airport to Grand Hyatt Taksim.
Private Car Service:
Private car service: please email requests to operations@axismunditravel.com and copy izzet@axismunditravel.com with the email header that says ‘ICANN-APRALO Airport Transfer Request.
Private car service costs EUR 75.00 + 20% tax + EUR 3.00 credit card charge. Once the service is booked, the transportation company will send a confirmation along with the Meet and Greet map to locate the driver.
- Transport to/from Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW):
Taxis:
Same procedure as above, noting it costs around EUR 40-45 (euros) from the Istanbul Airport to Grand Hyatt Taksim.
Private Car Service:
Same procedure as above, noting the cost is EUR 10 more expensive.
DINNER ATTIRE
Smart Casual with no shorts, bermudas, tracksuits (sweatpants) or flip flops.
Please bring a touch of red for our Wednesday evening dinner (clothing and/or accessories)- red being the APRALO colour.
WEATHER
Istanbul will be warm during the day with mild evenings. Currently no rain forecast.
