Staff to create a Google 'Proceedings of APRALO GA'

@Gisella Gruber to follow up on the APRALO ALS and Individual applications and report back to applicants and Leadership 

@Gisella Gruber and @amrita.choudhury1 to discuss the details of the APRALO GA Organizing Committee. 

The APRALO GA Organizing Committee will be a small group with previous experience in developing and implementing APRALO GAs. 

@Gisella Gruber to work with @amrita.choudhury1 on setting up an informal meeting on the APRALO GA during ICANN76. 

@Michelle DeSmyter to set up the next APRALO Monthly call on Thursday, 20 April 2023. 

APRALO Outreach and Engagement plan: each group/individuals to start deliberating on their tasks.

APRICOT: AP Leaders to request support from GSE for APRICOT participation (RALO discretionary funding an option as well)

UA Days: Proposals to be submitted by 31 January 2023. An At-Large UA Day campaign is being planned.

APRALO GA: AP Leaders to confirm preferred venue of 2023 IGF. @amrita.choudhury to send a note to At-Large staff re the location.
