  • Travelers: 39 40 persons confirmed. (The correct number number as on 7 Sep is 39 ALS Representatives + 1 Individual Member)
  • Dress code: members will be asked to wear something  traditional and/or red at the Showcase.
  • Finance for Showcase : catering for 200 pax is confirmed
  • ICANN catering team will send quote to host for approval
  • Gisella Gruber to coordinate APRALO Dinner logistics – possibly on Thursday  (ICANN funds to be used toward dinner and transportation)
  • Promotional items –  Silvia Vivanco to coordinate APRALO brochures, business cards and APRALO pins.
  • Gisella Gruber to organize a joint call between APRALO LT and Outreach ICANN staff (Adam Peake and Baher). Gisella to add the ALAC O&E SC co-chairs to the outreach call.
  •  Silvia Vivanco to follow up with Erhan Kiraner on the status of At-Large booth
  • Silvia Vivanco to follow up on  APRALO banner.
