This group will co-ordinate the logistics of the GA, including the venue, venue arrangements, transportation, accommodation, hospitality and the APRALO Showcase

Tasks
a. Finalize GA Venue and arrangements (per-session arrangements where required)
b. Liaise with Outreach Committee on Participant List
c. Plan and Organize the APRALO Showcase (in co-ordination with Finance Subcommittee)
d. Co-ordinate with Staff and ICANN Travel on accommodation/transportation for ALSes
attending GA (if required)
