3. 1. What topics should be discussed?

What issues are currently being discussed in ICANN and which are the most relevant, pressing issues for the African ICANN community? Where can a joint African Statement have an impact on the decision?

3.2 What should be the outcome of the meeting? (e.g. adoption of a joint statement)

It has been suggested that the meeting should focus on a joint African Statement on ICANN's geographic region. Please note that the public consultation on the interim report of the Geographic Regions Review WG ended on 30 January 2011.

3.3 What speakers will be invited?

If the meetings focuses on ICANN's geographic regions it has been suggested that Dave Archbold, Chair of the Geographic Regions Review Working Group and Rob Hoggarth, the assisting Staff person, will be invited.
