LACRALO OC 13.09.19 Action Items

Dev Anand Teelucksingh to send a a survey to all LACRALO ALS to confirm the number of ALS that will be represented in Buenos Aires.
Raul Bauer to contact tango dancers. Raul to coordinate further details with Silvia Vivanco.
Speakers: It was decided to keep speeches at a minimum. The OC decided to invite the following persons to speak:
- Fadi Chehade
- Rodrigo de la Parra
- Jose Arce
- Olivier Crepin Leblond
OC to send the invitations as soon as possible so that speakers can schedule with sufficient time. Dev Anand offered to contact to some of the speakers informally.

Carlos Aguirre mentioned Alexandra Dans is preparing a video, and perhaps it would be interesting to show it.
Catering- ICANN will fund for 60-70 persons. More sponsors would be necessary to invite more people.
Juan Manuel Rojas and Raul Bauer to request budgets for souvenirs and get sponsors.
Silvia Vivanco to send the room plans to the WG.
