The Intellectual Property Constituency, the International Trademark Association, and my private law practice all share a general, non-financial interest in the existence of transparent and predictable rules and enforcement for the governance of the internet and domain name system including meaningful and effective intellectual property protection and abuse mitigation in the DNS, among other consumer and rights protection issues.
