• The review team decided to accept Theresa Swinehart's offer and to request that the RDS-WHOIS2 Review be removed from the Public Comment on Short-Term Options to Adjust the Timeline for Specific Reviews.

Action items:

• ICANN org to relay questions & concerns on collecting consent for answering the survey to ICANN Legal department.
• ICANN org to update Engagement Session session description based on input received from Carlton and Alan, and to circulate the updated version with the review team for approval.

• ICANN org to confirm how much was budgeted in FY18.

• Alan to draft statement based on input received in collaboration with leadership team, then to circulate to the review team
