-- If we can get the notice right it could help potential registrants in flagging when there could be an issue, bringing to their awareness the possibility that there could be an issue.

-- Probably goes too far to expand to all non-exact matches, but could expand to match-plus, but not so widely to capture scenarios that are clearly non-infringing.

-- 4(a) -- Do we have any evidence of harm?  Doesn’t seem to be.

-- Could identify some limited non-exact matches that could be added.  There also is Michael Graham’s proposal.
