• All public comments submitted via the Google Forms are automatically displayed. 

• Public comments submitted via Word/PDF are manually inserted into this Google Spreadsheet so that they can be displayed publicly.

• Email addresses of comment contributors are redacted for privacy.

Staff's Master Spreadsheet

It serves as the foundation for staff to develop the Public Comment Review Tool (PCRT) below. 

• The naming convention and categorization of comment contributors are clarified. 

• Duplicate submissions and incomplete submissions are identified.

• Calculations of responses to multiple-choice questions are done via excel formula. 

• Email addresses of comment contributors are redacted for privacy.
