  • Sandra to prepare a matrix that differentiates between paid and volunteer work to Staff. Staff will then post it on the website and inform the WG
  • Staff to schedule one conference call a week, starting from the second week of January. Before the calls are scheduled Staff is to send out a doodle poll to determine the specific date and time.
  • Sandra to write Olga Cavalli an email, CCing Staff and the WG, telling her that she is welcome to join the WG as an observer only.
