Mark Elkins, .za

Started using Unix in 1979, Technical Director of CO.ZA since 1995

(UniForum South Africa) and run/own a small ISP - which is very into

IPv6 and recently toying with DNSSEC. I'm also an AfriNIC Board Member.

I do get to some ICANN meetings. UniForum S.A. managed the ICANN event

in Cape Town a few years ago where the network was my responsibility.

I'll not make Singapore but should make Dakar.

I also teach DNS (using Johan Ihren's [of Netnode] courseware).

So DNS and its stability is very much part of my daily life.

The DSSA WG - thought I should volunteer and add some presence from

Africa.  Musical talent - hummm??
