OCL gave presentation on ATLAS III - Goals, PWG scope

PWG Scope: Plenary conferences, break-out workshops, networking events; ICANN Meeings other than ATLAS III, Follow up (not a declaration/communique, but report).

ATLAS III Outcomes: A general report; any activities for follow up will include: who is owner, clear discriptoin of the issue, rationale, timeframe and final report.

Short video interviews.

Capacity building for ATLAS III:
Online courses, webinars.
CB to include coaching/peer support.
Two types of courses: 1) prerequesites needed to apply for travel support; and 2) additional learning for those going to ATLAS III (highly recommended)

Program Group Responibilities:
Define and structure all scoped events at ATLAS III.

Expected Outcome Group Responsibilities:
Develop specific meeting processes to capture expected outcomes.

ATLAS III Timeline was presented.

15 February - opening of ATLAS III application period.

15 February - first set of pre-requisite courses identified

1 March - Final set of pre-requisites courses identified.

1May 2019 - end of ATLAS III applicaiton period.

Prequesites will need to have been taken by this time.

5 July 2019 - ICANN travel support deadline

1 September 2019 - Block Program and Outcomes ready

Numbers:
No guarantee that any ALS will have representative at ATLAS III. Travel support will be given based on a set of criteria.

Any ALS member and individuals may apply for travel support.

AI: GG to ask Betsy whether an ICANN LEARN course once completed will remain checked off even when it becomes part of a different curriculum.
