2 - Review of any Outstanding Action Items - 2013.10.10 (5 mins)
- Silvia Vivanco to investigate whether we can turn WIKI page URLs to Q-codes. The idea of a Q-code is of course that you just take a photo with your smartphone and it will take you to the exact Wiki page or web-page that we’re talking about.
- WG to continue discussion of individuals as Members in some form or other, into each of the regional structures.
- WG to continue discussion of definitions.
- WG To change the definitions to include the now requirement on all of the regions to find a way of engaging as Members individuals.
- SV to follow up with ICANN Legal on the issue of the name, the full name of APRALO and to make sure that we can take advantage of this review to address this issue.
3 - Work Teams and Activities Updates from Pen Holders / WT Leads (15 mins)
Call for additional WG Members into WT's already formed (discussion follow up from October APRALO Meeting Agenda Item) (5 mins)
4 - Continuation of Review of our APRALO 'Rules' and discussion - (WG discussion 15 mins)

- Time Line for our work and Next Steps. - (CLO/staff 5 mins)
- Working back from end point date of 1st or at latest 8th March 2014 for final ROP's to be with Regions ALS Membership allowing for discussion and proposed adoption during the ICANN #49 Meeting in Singapore later that month, we need to agree on other milestone dates for December 2013 and between mid January and early March 2014.
