Anil George - Intellectual Property Interests Constituency (IPC)

1. I am an in-house attorney at NBA Properties, Inc., 645 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York 10022, and am a Senior Intellectual Property Counsel.

2. My responsibilities focus on intellectual property.

3. I do not have any financial ownership or senior management/leadership interest in registries, registrars or other firms that are interested parties in ICANN policy, or any entity with which ICANN has a transaction, contract or other arrangement

4. I do not have any commercial interest in ICANN GNSO policy development outcomes and do not represent other parties with respect to the same.

5. I currently volunteer as a member of the 2008-2009 International Trademark Association (INTA) Internet Committee, Registration Practice & DNS Administration Subcommittee. I volunteered to join the IRTP Part B PDP working group when Claudio Di Gangi of INTA emailed a request for volunteers.
