The Standing Committee on Improvements Implementation meeting teleconference is scheduled on 22 April.

Proposed Agenda:

  1. Roll Call/Updates to SOI/Approval of Agenda (5 mins)
  2. Review of the GNSO Working Group Guidelines Consensus Levels (sub team: Amr, Cintra, Greg, Thomas) (20 mins)
  3. Waivers/Exceptions to GNSO Operating Procedures (sub team: Greg, Marie-Laure) (15 mins)
  4. Voting by Email: (sub team: Anne, Avri, Thomas) (15 mins) 
  5. AOB (5 mins)

Actions:

1.  Review of the GNSO Working Group Guidelines Consensus Levels (sub team: Amr, Cintra, Greg, Thomas) -- Propose language to the list for the footnote. UPDATE - revised draft circulated and consensus call initiated.

2.  Waivers/Exceptions to GNSO Operating Procedures (sub team: Greg, Marie-Laure)  -- Greg will provide some revised language based on discussion in the meeting, including a clarification on resubmitted motions. UPDATE - revised draft circulated and consensus call initiated.

3.  Voting by Email: (sub team: Anne, Avri, Thomas)  -- Meet to review the issue of broadening the scope. UPDATE - sub team will meet in the week starting 5 May to finalize proposal.
