Working Methods in the Improvements'

• in terms of changing other people text substantively, one limitation i find with this tool, so far, is the lack of colors. i suggest that any change we make to someone else's text be (bracketed) and initialed e.g. (change change change ad), and perhaps add comments to explain the reason for the change.

• if you are interested in comparing versions, this is easy. click on the revisions counter at the top right of the page, just above the box that says tags. this will bring up a screen where you can check the two revisions you want to compare. Press compare and the screen with show them side by side.

• be careful not to use square brackets, unless you want to create a new page.

• part of what we are doing with this whole process is learning methods for collaborative work, which i believe will contribute to the ultimate goal of making a more effective, responsive and transparent GNSO.

note: for any new page you create, please add the following to the bottom (you need to copy it from the edit version). it helps people get about. it is not necessary as there are lots of ways to navigate around the wiki. but i think it helps.
