Independent Review Process (IRP)
Per ICANN Bylaws Section 4.6 (b)(F), the ATRT Review Team may assess the Independent Review Process (IRP). The IRP is an accountability mechanism provided by Article 4, Section 4.3 of the ICANN Bylaws that allows for third-party review of actions (or inactions) by the ICANN Board or staff that are allegedly in violation of the Bylaws or Articles of Incorporation.
Background information to support the review team's work in this area will be posted to this page.
