  David McAuley (RySG):One thing we might add to any set of such rules is an overarching rule that in a case of conflict with the bylaws then the bylaws take precedence, should not simply assume it goes without saying

  Robin Gross:No point in re-inventing the wheel, as there are existing services who do this.
