Action Items:

  • Remove Security Framework Drafting Team from list of groups meeting with. Handle it separately. Look into having that briefing/discussion either on Oct 27th and Nov 3rd. If we cannot find time on these two days, let's have this discussion on SSR 2 plenary.
  • Send calendar invites to the SSR2 for the confirmed meetings
  • Add Abu Dhabi to agenda of upcoming plenary agenda
  • ICANN org to prepare initial set of slides on Review Team in anticipation of outreach meeting
  • CoChairs to discuss Abu Dhabi agenda
  • ICANN org to contact Rapporteurs to identify points that need to be addressed in work plan. Share updated work plan
  • ICANN to circulate list of SMEs and agenda for the ICANN SSR subgroup list early next week.
