Jacqueline Morris:I am concerned about "starting from scratch". That requires a lot of time and energy to redo work that has been done before. I prefer that we adapt the current documents to match where possible, and only go from scratch where absolutely necessary.
Jacqueline Morris:The original documents are quite close to the principles that came out of LA from the documents that I read
