Propose automatic Closure at the end of PP-14, with option to continue, if supported  by two or more participating SO’s or AC’s. 

Upon closure of the, ITU Plenipotentiary Conference 2014, 7 November 2014, the WG will close, unless at least two of the participating SO’s or AC”s have extended the charter of the WG and notified the other participating SO’s and AC’s accordingly before 20 October 2014.
