  • Tijani BEN JEMAA will get confirmation from Speakers for capacity building and will let grop know ASAP.
  • Gisella Gruber to update the group on the final list of GA attendees from AFRALO.
  • Gisella Gruber to email the group with the suggested entertainment for the AFRALO Showcase.
  • Silvia Vivanco and Former user (Deleted) will be in charge of the Outreach booth and will distribute a sign up sheet.
  • Silvia Vivanco to contact Melissa Crafford and coordinate if it is possible to have the  back wall  in the booth area painted orange or with the AFRALO logo
  • Heidi Ullrich to coordinate the invitation of Goran Marby while she is in LA office today.
  • Heidi Ullrich to confirm with Bob re T-Shirts, orange banners for names tags, 100 USBs confirmed. The production of flyers  in Arabic, French and English is confirmed. 
  • aziz.hilali to send the AFRALO-AFRINIC draft to staff to be posted on a wiki page. 
  • Silvia Vivanco to add the signature of MOU agreement  to the GA program and after Goran's speech
