Dear Alissa, Patrik, Mohamed,

This is to inform you that the CCWG-Accountability has decided to hold a full day of face-to-face meeting on Friday, 19 June 2015 in Buenos Aires .

It is our understanding that this unfortunately clashes with your second day of face-to-face meeting.

Please note that we selected this date to comply with our work plan and prepare grounds for discussions to be held during the ICANN week.

Holding our meeting prior to the start of the ICANN program was also essential to maximize participation of members and participants in this session.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
