Decisions Reached:  

Purpose of the pilot 

  • The ToR Team agreed to include the purpose of the pilot at the beginning of the ToR document.

Direction of the ToR Team’s work

  • A majority of the ToR Team agreed that the group’s discussion and proposed revisions to the ToR are moving the document in the right direction.

Action Items:

  1. Revisit timing of 1 June and 29 June due to scheduling conflicts - ICANN Org
  2. Consider a post-ICANN77 face-to-face meeting - ToR Team Leadership
  3. Discuss longer meetings, potentially more frequently - ToR Team Leadership
  4. Coordinate with Leadership team on Leadership meeting logistics  - ICANN Org
