Decisions Reached: 

• The Review Team agreed to move the weekly plenary call to Wednesdays at 14:00 UTC.

• The Review Team decided to request face-to-face meetings in Montreal on 1 and 2 November.

Action Items:

• Penholders to move recommendations text from the draft document to the recommendations document for team review.

• Staff to ask ICANN IT to address the security issues with Zoom on Mac.

• Staff to send slides with content for review team calls when possible
