The FY26 Planning Prioritization Group did not hold meetings during the FY26 Planning Process due to no eligible activities being available for the group before the drafting of the FY26 Operating Plan.

Description

Group Objectives:

The FY26 Planning Prioritization group reviews activities within the scope of the Planning Prioritization Process. This includes all Board-approved org implementation work, such as PDPs, Specific Review recommendations, CCWG recommendations, and Advice.  Additionally, this group plays a role in the process for the retirement of specific review recommendations adopted by the Board.

The output of the planning prioritization process is a list of prioritized Board-approved recommendations to be considered during the Draft FY26 operating plan and budget process.

Based on org’s review of activities eligible for FY26, there are not any board adopted org implementation activities that are ready for prioritization by this community group before the development of the FY26 Operating Plan and the public comment proceeding expected in December 2024.

Members

The org recommends that participation consists of members from the community that are selected by the stakeholder groups and constituencies leadership. The stakeholder groups and constituencies leadership will be asked to nominate one member to participate in the prioritization process. The request includes identifying an alternate member should the primary member be unable to participate due to unforeseen reasons. The community planning prioritization group will have up to 8 members as follows:
