FY15 SO/ AC Additional Budget Process

Dear ICANN Finance Community,

As we committed in Buenos Aires, we begin our FY15 Community Additional Budget Process effort.  This section provides:

• A summary of the process for FY15 Community Additional Budget requests, including a confirmed timeline for the process ( FY15 Community Special Budget Request Process.docx )
• A set of process principles to govern our request assessment work ( Principles of SO-AC Special Budget Requests (vFY15-2013).docx )
• A copy of the FY15 template request form. ( FY15 Community Requests Template.docx )

As you can see from the timeline, we hope to trigger the ability to accept community request templates on Monday, January 6.  In preparation for that January date, please review the various documents. We would appreciate any comments or feedback you have on any of the documents.  In particular,

• Feedback on the program process and timeline as drafted
• Feedback on the program principles as drafted
• Feedback on the Budget Request Template
