| When Antonia Chu representing Alibaba to join the Transfer Policy Review PDP Working Group, I was a team member to support her work. |
| I am submitting my SOI for this position as a continuation of Alibaba Group’s devotion to GNSO’s work and serving the ICANN community. For years, Alibaba as a leading registrar in China, has committed to contribute to a better registration service to the global users through ICANN’s multi-stakeholder policy development process. From my predecessor of Pam Little, Antonia Chu, to me, Alibaba would like to keep devoting the necessary resources to carrying on the work accomplished by those outstanding community members. We will continue to be the advocator of GNSO and RrSG, and being the bridge of APAC registrars, especially Chinese registrars, to the global ICANN community. We also very attentive to domain name users’ needs, and can help voice their needs through the PDP process. We hope we can continue our contribution to the community regardless a team member’s departure.
