I generally act purely on my own behalf in working groups, but at times I formally represent the At-Large Advisory Committee (ALAC). I will always state explicitly when I am representing the ALAC. In the case of the Accuracy Scoping Team , I am speaking on behalf of the ALAC unless I say otherwise.
