In October 2013 the GNSO Council chartered this Working Group (WG) to conduct a Policy Development Process (PDP) to develop policy recommendations to guide ICANN's implementation of an Accreditation Program for privacy and proxy service providers. The WG published an Initial Report for public comment on 5 May, with the public comment period closing on 8 July.

In this session the WG will update the community on its progress in reviewing the public comments received, and its progress toward finalizing consensus recommendations for its Final Report, which it hopes to do by December 2015.
