Item 3: Technical, operational and other conditions in fast track approval with a focus on the similarities and differences between gTLDs & ccTLDS
Item 4: Discussion of the following:A very small number of ccTLDs seem to have expressed an expectation that they they will be consulted for any “application” for a GTLD in “their” language."
* Is this expectation broadly shared?
* Are these ccTLDs aware of and engaged in ICANN's processes (GNSO & ccNSO)?
