Competition, Consumer Choice & Trust Metrics-Staff Workspace


The purpose of this Wiki space is to support the work of the Implementation Advisory Group - Choice, Competition, and Consumer Trust (IAG-CCT) by:

  1. Hosting a consolidated location in which each of the metrics proposed by the GNSO (47) and ALAC (23) Working Groups is described.
  2. Providing a uniform template containing data fields about each metric including, but not limited to:
    • Purpose as related to measurement goal (C, CC, CT)
    • Specific calculations, formulae, and illustrations
    • Actual and potential source data locations
    • Relative difficulty/challenge in implementation
    • Estimated development and operational cost in dollars and labor
    • Overall effectiveness and feasibility assessments taking into consideration several key factors
  3. Offering Staff's expertise in completing the templates to the best of its ability.
  4. Providing tools for the Staff and IAG to use in completing their assignments to the ICANN Board
