- Edit recommendation 4 to allow for extension beyond 120 days for very exceptional circumstances.
- Edit recommendation 5 wrt Timeliness
- Edit recommendation 7 wrt gender diversity.
- Diversity consideration - "Sometimes gender discussions point to “balance” and “equality,” these terms, while proactive, can be seen as excluding genders that are neither male nor female, in addition to calling for quotas."
Action Items:
- SB – Produce a new version of the report including comments at meeting and on list prior to next meeting.
Requests:
- Any participant that has draft text for inclusion in the final report should post it to the list prior to the next meeting.
