3. Review of Last meeting Summary Minutes and Action Items (5 minutes) - Cheryl Langdon-Orr

The action items were reviewed by the group and updated as appropriate

4. Review of Final Report  (5-10 minutes) - Cheryl Langdon-Orr/Staff

HU: Section A

I noted the work teams and the taskforce in the development of the entire project.

I also noted in the second paragraph what exactly "completion" meant. We have completion of finite activities as well as watching briefs for items that have been allocated to certain At-Large bodies.

HU:Section B

There are not that many changes since Costa Rica.

The last paragraph gives the updates from Costa Rica

The table is now completed

The footnotes contain text which was formulated by Staff, Olivier, and Sebastian. It makes notes to the work that has been done.

This section looks at future activities

CLO: This definitely speaks to the massive amount of work we have all done on this project.

HU: The appendix was updates so ensure that it was up to date

CLO: We updated many hyperlinks to ensure that the correct, most efficient use of space was made
