  Olivier Crepin-Leblond:I think that all participants in the call can scroll up/down the document with the current setting. Presenters, however, affect scrolling to all participants when they scroll themselves through the document

  Dev Anand Teelucksingh:NARALO videos done by Glen from the Dakar event (interviews with various At-large persons) were done very well
  beau brendler:thanks...we agree. I'm sure Glenn would be delighted to model them for other regions, though he would want to be paid, as he was for the video (as was Joly)

  Dev Anand Teelucksingh:the difficulty is the human bandwidth required to create tutorials, webinars ; I think they are needed, however

  Rudi Vansnick:it seems to me it is difficult to measure the results of in- and outreach 
  Sala:That is a sustainable approach CLO and I agree 
  Darlene Thompson:I really think there needs to be an inreach/outreach wg

  Sala:In APRALO we are working on identifying inreach and outreach and have started on drafts
  CLO:So an ALAC  Standing WG  with RALO  involvement?
  Rudi Vansnick:there is RALO in/outreach and there is ALS in/outreach work
  Dev Anand Teelucksingh:Darlene +1 - although I suspect the secretariats would be the best group for this?
  Heidi Ullrich:What about the standing committee on At-Large Engagement in ICANN ?
  Sala:We can also save costs by partnering with Global Partnerships who are already heavily involved in outreach

  beau brendler 2:what is ICANN's budget for outreach or is this budget channeled through the regions when they ask
  Sala:ICANN Global Partnerships in the Pacific
  Sala:I worked with Global Partnerships on outreach at the PACINET and it worked very well
  Heidi Ullrich:Could this new group be a sub-committee of the At-Large WG on Engagement in ICANN?
  beau brendler 2:what I am trying to get at, here, is that the number of ALSs in the NARALO has grown incrementally, if at all. Who is actually accountable for increasing the numbers of ALSs and who has the money to do it?
  Sala:Global Partnership has access to the regions through NOGs, and multiple other forums etc
  Dev Anand Teelucksingh:is the At-large Engagement WG active?
  Heidi Ullrich:this would give it an incentive to become active again
  Sala:RALOs can jump in on the bandwagon and work together. I agree that the Group has to work with relevant stakeholders within ICANN. The ccNSO will also no doubt be interested and most are involved in outreach in their own way already
  Heidi Ullrich:I'll be on the call, but moving away from the AC room
  Sala:Precisely, so we can coordinate the resources better
