  Lutz Donnerhacke:As far as I can understand the process, we need a person for teh BCEC which has a good feeling for people. For BMSPC we need somebody feeling good in nitpicking or law interpretation?

  Oksana Prykhodko:it would be wise to discuss such issues at Board meeting before proposing them to EURALO general teleconference

  Lutz Donnerhacke:So let the secratary organize the board meetings and let's collect some personal preferences of the board members which will have to deal with queries on those subjected. So your job will only the "fallback" and "organizer"
