Action Items
- Andrew Sullivan to prepare and provide additional text on operational (and separation) requirements relating to use of the iana.org domain.
- Continue working in Google Doc.
- Try to resolve discussion of how to frame question to the Board regarding their use of "neutral third party" in Board's August 15 statement: (a) How does Board define "neutral third party" and/or (b) Does Board consider the IETF Trust to be a "neutral third party"?
