I have no financial ownership or senior management/leadership interest in registries,registrars or other firms that are interested parties in ICANN policy or any entity with which ICANN has a transaction, contract, or other arrangement:
My only commercial interest in ICANN GNSO policy development outcome is as a registrant. I was previously Internet Commerce Association’s (ICA) representative to the CBUC and have been a representative for Afternic, Inc. to the Registrar Constituency. I currently represent no other party in my ICANN GNSO participation.
I have no arrangements or agreements with any other group, constituency or person(s) regarding my work as team member.
