Description

The At-Large Communications Strategy is the high level document that has been developed to incorporate the policy, organisational and outreach and engagement communication needs of At-Large.

The communication strategies employed by the O&E teams will be managed by the ALAC Subcommittee on Outreach and Engagement (O&E) Communications Strategy Subgroup.

Timeline

Initial O&E draft developed by Natalia Filina, EURALO Secretariat in October 2019.

At-Large Draft updated and presented during ICANN67 Virtual Community Forum, March 2020.

At-Large Draft, post-ICANN67, distributed to SMWG Regional Vice Chairs, O&E SC for comment.

At-Large Draft, post-ICANN68, distributed to ALT-PLUS for comment.

ALT-PLUS leaders commented on the 4th version of the draft, and staff revised into the 5th and final version.

The ALAC Chair confirmed the final version, and presented to the ALAC/At-Large leadership during the ICANN69 At-Large Wrap Up session.
