Key points: It was noted that ALAC & GAC have a continued role in implementation of the Subsequent Procedures recommendations, and EPDP is ongoing.
Justine Chew noted that ALAC Advice regarding Subsequent Procedures is ready for submission to the ICANN Board post-ICANN70.

seun.ojedeji and Abdeldjalil Bachar Bong will circulate the AFRALO-AFRICANN draft statement with the AFRICANN community for 2 weeks for final comment. The final statement will be sent to staff to forward it to the ICANN Board.

At-Large Leadership Wrap-Up - EE

Maureen announced the ALAC ratification of the Unaffiliated Individuals Mobilization Working Party Report.
Key points: Session leads recapped their sessions, noting the high level of engagement during At-Large policy sessions. Göran noted the excellent discussions during the Applicant Support session, and that he took notes. Maarten echoed Göran's comments while also noting the importance of the org and community addressing DNS abuse, as well as the great success of the LACRALO social, particularly in the virtual context. Göran noted the SOAC leaders are going to set the principles for the next meeting (ICANN71). He noted ITI, Auction Proceeds, and organizational prioritization, resourcing and planning, as well as DNS abuse. "2021 is planning, resourcing".
