  • Unlicensed user is to review the internal ALAC process and timeline for budget request approval. 
  • Unlicensed user and Unlicensed user are to note on the proposal that there has not been a dramatic increase in the cost for this summit in comparison to the previous summit. 
  • Unlicensed user is to send the draft budget to the ALAC and Regional Leaders once additional budget details have been collected. Additional items to consider: Promotional materials, showcase, interpretation, meeting rooms, etc. 
  • Members are to consider possible sponsors (i.e. Nominet, Google, Afilias, etc.) 
  • Unlicensed user is to send an email with all of the necessary budget request documents, as well as details on how the submissions should be made, to the FBSC, ALAC, and Regional Leadership. 
  • Unlicensed user is to send a call for participants for the At-Large Summit planning committee.
