1. Thank you for briefing the GNSO Council on the new Operational Design document which you recently circulated. We have a number of concerns which we would like to discuss with the Board about this proposal.
2. With respect to the EPDP, we would like an update on the recent letters that the CEO has been writing to various parties, notably the GAC and the DPAs.
