Samantha Eisner: (12:20) Just to clarify, an IRP would be about ICANN's alleged violation of the Bylaws in how it handled a DIDP, not about ICANN's alleged violation of the DIDP. However, I think that David's requested langauge remains in the spirit of how ICANN now looks at entering NDAs
