Terms of Reference (ToR):
1. Mandate
Visualizing, mapping and documenting cases in which ICANN is, and potentially will, impact human rights; and raising awareness about the various ways in which ICANN is impacting human rights.
2. Output
To produce research that raises awareness and breaks down the human rights impact of ICANN to make it more easily understandable and digestible. For this, we will look into the following areas:
a. Visualizing & developing the table further: Niels, Marillia
b. PDP new gTLD Subsequent Procedures : Vidushi, Arne
c. WHOIS PDP: Padmini, Naveed, Aarti
d. New gTLD aspects of Freedom of Expression, Economic aspects: Gangesh, Marillia
e. Geographic Names: Narine
f. UDRP & Data protection: Monika
As we had discussed during the call, it might be best to work with micro tasks split between members under each area.
