A community Public Comments Focus Group (Jul-Aug 2011) was organized and its input/feedback was used to develop the final implementation plan, which is discussed in Phase II of Public Comments Process Enhancements – solicitation opened 31 August 2011 and closed 15 October 2011.

A Public Comment Data Analysis (Jan 2010-Dec 2012) was commissioned approximately one year after the ATRT1 recommendations were implemented. This report was refreshed in late 2014 (TBD) to include data from 2013 through June 2014 (+18 months). Its findings support the Public Comments Improvements taking effect in January 2015.
