  Adela Danciu:yes, that was an issue I was also thinking about - and having 3 RALOs endorsement, there is a big endorsement, but I think the substantial refers to the *identified community*
  Justine Chew:My issue relates more to the limb of detriment.
  Olivier Crepin-Leblond:@Justine: yes, if the GAC objects to a new gTLD, it is highly likely that this new gTLD will NOT succeed.

  Justine Chew:@Olivier: That is the essence of my question. Even if ALAC were to consider objecting, RG still has to consider the test because any objection has to meet ALL 4 limbs/test, does it not?
