         • • Staff: When will the 3-phase IDN test commence? When will it be completed? Is there a timetable for an overall IDN implementation?
           • GNSO: Are the new gTLD guidelines intended to accommodate IDN applications as well? Will GNSO apply the same requirements to both IDN gTLD applicants and ASCII gTLDs applicants ( E.g., should amount of non-refundable money be paid by the applicant)?
