Naming Services Portal for Registrars

The ICANN Global Domains Division (GDD) is collaborating with Registrar volunteers known as the Registrar Portal Users Group. These volunteers will assist with the creation of requirements, confirm user stories and test the functionality of the Naming Services Portal, an online set of tools that will enable Registrars to manage registrar related contact information, perform tasks, such as credential application process, compliance tickets, policy documentation, help center, etc. The Portal will be rolled out in a phased approach based on the lifecycle of a Registrar. 

Participants of the User Portal Group shall devote time to review and provide input on proposed requirements and processes, including feature sets, user scenarios and quality assurance testing. This will include monthly conference calls, some of which may not be held during business hours in all time zones; possible face-to-face meetings in addition to ICANN meetings.
