ICANN Public Meetings

Overview

Conversations about improving and evolving ICANN meetings are ongoing between ICANN org, the Board and the SOAC Chairs. It may be helpful for the GNSO community to develop a consistent and regular channel for information sharing, including with and through the GNSO Chair. In addition, the SG/Cs may wish to consider whether planning for ICANN Meetings can be improved (e.g. through earlier coordination of sessions and topics). 

Action

SG/Cs to continue to discuss how to improve communications and information sharing (including how to ensure that GNSO-wide views are shared via the SO/AC Roundtables, and how to improve advance coordination for ICANN Meeting planning).
